I tried Paisano's with a friend. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza (16 inch) as well as an order of a dozen garlic rolls. The place itself was very clean, decorated reasonably well. They seem to be mostly takeout/ delivery but nothing wrong with the ambiance here. The garlic rolls were tried first. These were ok, cooked right but with perhaps too much garlic. I liked them more than my friend did. The pizza was honestly disappointing. For a self- described producer of NY style pizza, the crust was way to thick to fit the label. Ingredients themselves were mediocre and resulted in borderline franchise-like flavor, especially the cheese. It was comparable to Mario the Baker on 441 in Royal Palm and Avanti on Northlake. One thing that was noticeable was that the employees customer service was very good and they made a point to engage in conversation with their customers. I get the impression that their customer relations are what helps keep them around. So they get a good grade for atmosphere and service, but fall short on the actual product. For some great nearby pizza options, try Romeo's in the gas station on jog and okeechobee or Tippi's in the plaza just east of Paisano's.

The food was delicious. The service was great and the people working there were all very friendly. I started with a pizza slice with mushrooms. It reminded me of a NY slice. Thin and crisp. The garlic rolls were covered with fresh garlic as they should be. Then I had the eggplant parmesan. It was tender and delicious, with spaghetti and sauce that was just right. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area. Great Italian restaurant.

I found Paisano's after my favorite pizza place closed. It's about as close to "Northern" pizza as you can get. Anyone from Philly/NJ can relate that it's hard to find good pizza in SoFl!! I've gotten delivery a few times - with delivery times within timeframe given, and I've ordered early in the AM to bring to clients for treats. Each time the quality of the pizza has been excellent, service has been friendly, and taste brings me close to Philly again. Definitely recommend!!

Best meat lovers!!! Very nice staff. I called once after they closed and he offered to turn the ovens back on just for me (They actually appreciate my business). I feel like they remember me every time I'm there (Even though I don't eat much pizza).

Our usual pizza place closed down...bummers so I decided to try and order from Paisanos since I had a coupon for 2 1 topping pizzas and some garlic rolls. I called to order and asked if I could have both toppings on 1 pizza instead of 1 on each but I was answered with a flat NO and that would be $1.50 extra for 2 toppings on one pie regardless. OK whatever..... I ordered anyways and was told 40 minutes......65 minutes later food arrives barely warm and tough as shoe leather. I don't even think warm the pizza would be any good seems like way to much corn starch in the dough and cheap overall ingredients. The search for our pizza place replacement continues.

I order from Paisanos frequently. Its one of the better pizza places of Palm Beach County. The dont offer as many menu items as some of the other pizza places, but the things they make, they make well. I find that the prices are fair and they deliver pretty quickly. If your getting ready for game day, movie night, or just sitting at work starving, give Paisanos a try.

I have ordered from Paisano's many times. Delivery is the way to go as the resturant itself is dank and underlit for a pizzaria. Order from them because they have great pizza crust- enough said! They also make a great Margarita pizza which is sometimes hard to find. The mozzarella sticks hit the spot with an excellent marinara sauce! There are a few things that are a let down however, like their salads. In particular the ceasar salad contains store bought croutons, chopped (barely there, anemic romaine lettuce) and a dressing that leaves you wondering why you even like ceasar salads to begin with. Pricing is fair and delivery is usually quick.
